  What did you learn too late in life? First off, I spent a good chunk of my life  thinking that asking for help was a sign of weakness. Boy, was I wrong.  Life's a whole lot easier when you lean on folks around you. Whether it's in the military or the classroom, teamwork ain't just a fancy word, it's the secret sauce to getting' things done. Another nugget of wisdom that took me a while to grasp is the  importance of taking care of your mind and body . Back in my military days, I pushed myself like there was no tomorrow.
